Our involvement with Ronald McDonald House Atlanta is deeply personal. As members of the Board of Directors, we have witnessed firsthand how this incredible organization provides comfort, hope, and a home away from home for families facing some of life’s most difficult moments.
That’s why we created Christmas in July, to bring our community together for a day of generosity, connection, and giving back. Through the support of our neighbors, friends, local businesses, and sponsors, we can help provide comfort and care to families when they need it most.
Every vendor, every attendee, every donated gift, and every act of kindness helps make a difference.

We are Chrissy and Caitlin Granigan, the mother-daughter team behind The Granigan Group at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty.
For us, real estate has always been about relationships first.
Chrissy has proudly served North Atlanta for over a decade, bringing experience, local knowledge, and a reputation built on integrity, trust, and exceptional service. She understands the neighborhoods, schools, market trends, and the importance of helping families make confident real estate decisions.
Caitlin grew up in North Atlanta and brings a fresh perspective, entrepreneurial spirit, and a hospitality-first approach to every client experience. She is passionate about serving buyers and sellers throughout Roswell, Alpharetta, Woodstock, and the surrounding communities with personalized service and genuine care.
Together, we have built a boutique real estate team focused on one simple goal: providing an extraordinary experience that earns our clients’ trust for life.
